Howard, as I understand it, floated the company around 2008 ... the shares were 50 cent shares and they quickly drifted to 8 cents.
However, the point I was trying to make was:
Do you think Howard wants to see the share price of QMN at around 8 cents for an eternity?
Personally, I don't think he does.
