so these damn brokers are trying to keep their inventory which is used for script short selling high enough to be lent out, so much capping going of so many stocks.
they use the bots to cap certain stocks and keep their shorting inventory high so nobody takes their profits or goes back up to previous highs , should not be allowed on small caps
