    they already owned 100% of it in a listed company !
    why would they want to sell 90% ownership of it for cash and only retain a 10% equity holding?

    unless.... other issues, like multiple tailings dams being on top and immediately upsteam = will likely never be mined

    TSX company cashing out good on them
