Very interesting.
Quite similar to a explanation on this subject within spirituality and the higher realms, and something that I fully agree with.
All is God and light, so those perceived as doing evil things are not evil but part of God experiencing a low vibrational incarnation on there way back to the one consciousness, the exception being the dark souls of no return back to the light who are part of God with a degraded soul, no divine soul of no return, trapped in the dark realms, or you could call it hell, even though they were created with Gods light before there soul degraded to the point of no return.
