The $10 million over order that inflated FY24 revenues and profits (at a margin of 78% it represents $8m profit) and will undermine FY25.
Lower revenues and profits for FY25.
All for a stock on a PE of over a 100?
No wonder they got smashed.
They will get an Aware notice from the ASX for this.
When exactly did they know about the over order?
And what are the circumstances behind it?
How can one customer be attributable to such a large part of their business?
IMO AD8 will be in the doghouse over this.
