Ann: KRM receives Exploration Permit for Drilling Penikat Project, page-54

Hi mate, i spoke to the company this morning re. the appeals process for Penikat.

The window actually closes today, Finnish time. KRM then need to have their lawyers petition the courts in Finland to release the information as to whether there has or has not been any objections. The courts will not advise KRM this themselves in the short term. (I was surprised at this myself).

So it still may be a few weeks until the company receives any correspondence from Finland, but they did state that in the Quarterly.

Like us all, I was hoping for an announcement this week, but we now wait for the Finnish courts to respond.
