I think you're making a huge deal out of nothing.
The solar plants / wind turbines will go through multiple life cycles on the same site with zero need for remdiation i.e 100+ years.
There would only be issues with remediation if wind & solar were no longer needed in the future for power generation.
That would require a whole new source of energy not yet conceived let alone being developed.
