It is what i have heard and i am seeking to confirm it through asking on here.

It has come from someone who is bullish on ADY and has been right with info so far about ADY.
The convertible note issue is the big one from my point of view but the source suggests there could be something huge before that.
Now to my question...have you heard anything re news?
