Think it matters a lot, otherwise the stock would not be sitting at less than 2 cents, what WP said; “Successful IP does not guarantee it being successfully commercialised”, think a meagre budget will certainly not cut the mustard until such time it goes beyond that.
Right or wrong we will see down the track the what the realties of moving forward will entail, as long as you are comfortable mate with your investment then that is all that counts.
