by and large I dont disagree with your positive outlook - its a valid opinion and also a more productive attitude so no argument there
i personally think RE wont fall without a fall in employment and the RBA can back flip on rates anyway
but I stand by what i say, sometimes debating with you is debating with a fictitious character who has more life experience/knows more/better connected.
The more you bring third parties into the discussion to support your arguments, the more I am believing you are just making them up and this isnt the first time.
If your OK with that, then go for you life, its your freedom of choice, but you are less convincing to me more than ever and it totally detracts from your point of view because of its over use and often total dependency (of your point of view)
