Lots of possibilities but three points come to mind --
1. Sandro got paid in SUM stock (100% I recall - please correct). And Sandro cant wipe the smile off his face.
2. The new land may be adjoining or may not, it might be more Sandro, or not.
3. It might even have some historic drilling into the pegs. That could mean a free jump from GO.
I'm sure it will be positive whatever.
