I predicted the Pattos desperate cap raise future VWAP pricing correct to the fraction of a cent.

I went out on a limb and said it would be delisted a year before it eventuated.

I said the Locke funding was a smoke screen and probably wouldn't happen when it was first announced.

I said the Nige letter to the Sophs was most likely legit .

So my current prediction is the ring around to the sophs rattling the tin is the last roll of the dice. Plenty here quote Nige has the most to lose with 50m shares - Lets see if he intends to throw $1m of his own cash into the fight to keep the legal train running. Im tipping he wont. .
