This stock will not spike. It is not a mining company about to hit gold or a biotech achieving FDA approval.
It is a grinder that needs to deliver.
If certain milestones are bowled over it will progress on an upward trend.
Once the management demonstrates a capacity to deliver on a range of fronts, the investing "herd" will switch direction.
This potential change will then be established/confirmed with various technical indicators.
In the meantime, it remains on the watch list.
