All I know is from the very brief note from Money of Mine yesterday, that Mark has negotiated the “purchase” of the Macquarie debt. Macquarie had already paid out the hedge book, with their total debt standing at around $140m.
Presumably the MacMahon situation would also need to be resolved, so if true, I am sure there are plenty of negotiations being had.
