dont forget that Genorah ownership is BEE but list of individual members is confidential - for a reason; has many who weild power on board and dont want to be named. look at the way they got around Bengwenyama in the first place -- the sequence of events smacks of a few back door deals -- Xstrata I assume are aware of the powerplays involved.
