    If you have alook at the number of shares before trading started, the Qld government had 821m shares. At 16.20 today, announcement on ASX shows that the Qld government had 976m shares. Does that mean they have been buying back 150m shares to prop up the price on opening??? Is this part of the green shoe arrangement?
