Ann: Request for Extension of Voluntary Suspension, page-9

Just received a call back, asked if we will receive an update of any sort, no will remain in suspension till finalised, how long, matter of days...
Said they have a significant amount of funds secured, but some others that have been on the fence for some time lurking in the background are dragging their heals which has slowed thigs down, they want to raise as much as possible to get to profitability, negating needs for future raises for some time
James sounded under the pump and stressed to get this sorted (as you would be!), i said as long as we trade again, he said yes we will be, just a little more patience and we should be good
Appreciate James taking the time to return my call, do feel he is doing his best, hopefully this raise changes the landscape and buys a heap of breathing space to get things firing
I have significant cash invested here, so keen to see us succeed, hopefully this helps put some minds at rest until we formally hear the outcome
