life of third parties are all true,i have had a very colourful life, well connected dont know what that means,as i lead a solitary life, knowledge of people enormous due to contact with the business community and public over a period of 25years in the same area in which i was born,as for theory nothing original there 38years of interest in finance but i dont work in the industry,i do have a very large library .
its always interesting to see how others perceive events, those who want to achieve independence, and yet i have never met a wealthy person who did not have financial concerns,of course their are always those who believe we live in a society controlled by the very wealthy and this prevents them achieving their success.
for most successful people i have met their success gets down to a pivotal moment buoyed by a positive attitude and a relentless pursuit of independence, however they are never free from failure or concern,to me success is knowledge to watch my children embrace life as adults with a positive outlook reinforced by knowledge and not fear,to know that reward requires effort and "RISK",there have always been those who think about why something cant be done, those who fear failure.
those who know and understand success also understand "SUCCESS IS BUILT ON FAILURE" i only hope those who are constantly looking for the latest doomsday report continue their journey of discovery.
i reiterate for those wanting to own a home the best time to buy,is today, the best way to do it is to plan, cashflow, int.rate scenarios, and assess the most suitable path to achieve your goal.
there has been little assessment on this forum regarding how one might afford a home and what is representative of affordability on an average wage.
but believe one thing it is affordable with a plan and not reasons why it cant be done
