I'm not sure if Samsung have their own ReRam or not. Coby spoke about this in his interview with Alan Kohler in Feb 2023 :

    ************
"I don’t understand why Samsung is being left behind here, why are they not engaged in ReRAM, do you know?

They had their try with it, just like other major players had their try. Developing such a complex technology is something that requires very, very big focus, you know, management attention. One of the things that happens a lot in high tech in general and definitely in the semiconductor space, is the large guys, they have all the resources in the world, they have people, they have money, the one thing that they don’t have is management attention and that’s critical here. So, many of them try to develop these advanced technologies and eventually they realise that it's easier to wait and see when smaller players gain traction it’s just easier to pick them up. There are a lot of examples of this, some of the examples are, Intel had a huge automotive division, eventually they ended up acquiring Mobileye because they never managed to really get it to take off.
Similarly, actually, for Intel also, they had a big AI division and then they acquired Habana Labs. So, those are just two examples, the market is full of these examples where the big guys have tried to develop these technologies, but at the end the just go and look for the best technology that smaller companies developed and try to take them."

Yeah, so why haven’t they taken you over yet? I mean, are they just waiting for you to develop a bit further?

Well, I guess that’s a question for them. In reality though, these big guys, they want to see the actual traction in the market, they want to see that customers are voting with their money and the best due diligence for the big guys is just to let customers do the due diligence, engage and start buying the technology. And so, when they see that there’s actual interest in the technology, that people are buying it, that people are paying for it, that’s when they get involved, that’s usually what happens.
