If Russia are manufacturing equipment at a faster rate than the US/EU then its at the expense of their 'consumer' product manufacturing. Add to that 100s' thousands of men not in productive work Russia is scewed medium/longer term as you cannot keep that up for long.
If Ukraine caves in Sweden will be very worried as it has unbelievable untapped resources in the North which Putin would love to get his hands on.
