I will tell you what the fair value of WA1 is. No technical, no “fundamental”, no BS required. I only used basic logic.
2011. 30% of CBMM was sold for $4B USD.

CBMM owns 50% of Araxa. The state of Mina’s Gerais owns the other 50%. Luni? 100% WA1.
Now if that sounds too good to be true, we are about to go one step further.
CBMM’s niobium production has doubled since 2011 and USD-AUD has fallen from $1 to $0.60.
Oh yes, we are also in a very politically stable mining country. I won’t even bother getting my old calculator out as the numbers will give me a big error. I rest my case
