If we go off the reply figjam got we can do a worst case scenario calculation.
if the draft is going to be presented this week, let's take Friday to be worst case scenario. if there are changes to be made it will get sent back for revisions. So assume the final draft is presented next Wednesday and the report released to market next Friday.
Does that sound logical or am I biting off more than I can chew here?
