You should probably blame your own management.

Why announce plans for a Phase 1 trial when you don't have the money in the bank? Absolute amateur hour stuff.

They should have done a CR at 10c+

Now, the little money you do have, is being frittered away by buying their own stock on-market to keep some sort of share price around 3-4c

Things go well = investment genius

Things go south = Manipulation, big-boys games, brokers diddling retail out of their shares etc etc

It's poor management pure and simple.

They may as well have held a firework display whilst yelling 'we have no money' - the result will be the same.

You need a CR, the market knows that, and you are screwed.
