RSL will imo fall back to 10 cent very soon.
With the release of the Machinga results near-term fantasy is gone. The traders will moving on and the other grassroots projects don't seems to be very sexy for long-term investors at the moment.
Aside of this I never understood the hype in this thread regarding Machinga in connection with RSL.
If the project will be economical the RSL stake will dilute to peanuts.
From the remaining 20% will be further reductions due to the malawi govt. stake in this project and due to the dilution RSL is going to have to finance its part of the mining capex.
But let's not argue about things that are 4-5 years away....
RSL soon needs some fresh money to develop its very early stage projects into a decent Jorc resource - in this quarter 0,8 $m per for administration/development.
In a few months the pocket will be empty again and I doubt that "sophisticated investors" will pay more compared to the last 10 cent placement in october...
