if someone for some reason, lost their job - any reason- and dropped their income from normal wages down to the dole or sickness benefits
and they went through their savings and then couldn’t afford to live where they were living and had to move out
then - they could have got a cheaper place or welfare accommodation
Today - they must end up living in a tent or a car
That is NOT pretty good. It’s clearly going backwards.
