I think the reluctance to move higher is historic. RHT have done a good job with their product development for years and are pretty well at the top of the tree in their field. However, whether because of lack of interest in shareholders or poor management, they have never looked like producing a return to shareholders and those shareholders with long memories would certainly take some convincing that anything has changed.
In my case, I have moved back in following recent announcements and at the current price level I think it looks good to give it a go again (to a limited extent).

The end June results should give us a good idea where we are headed.
