no mention in the JORC table regarding any land use characteristics
the thing that annoys me is unless you did your own external research via itafos PEA etc you wouldn't have any idea of potential developmental issues (they still may not be an insurmountable impediment, few things are, but for sure would come with a significant cost to deal with, which hasn't been assessed by previous owners)
but if you just read the company's asx disclosures you'd not be aware of this
