I'm not surprised that people are starting to buy shares in PEP11 companies again, given the 45 days timeline that guides them on when they might make a significant profit. I expect FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) will build towards the end of the 45 days but in reality, the approval could happen at any time within this period.
