On what basis is that comment based on? Mitsui paid c.$1.45/GJ for AWE back in 2018 when WA gas spot was under $3 - a deal that was widely accepted by both the independent valuer and the market as fair. Yet you assert that Hancock paying $2/GJ for WGO when WA gas spot was around $5 is massively overvalued?
