Regarding, the voting, I’m voting against everything, especially if “JB” is involved with putting it together. Most voting forms actually went against SH favour with umpteen: CR, BOD bonuses, signing of on projects that never got of the ground, etc.
Now, we have “PL” singing “JB’s” praises and song, which should be an eye opener.
I dare say SH holders should be vigilant and vote accordingly.
