The realtek deal was only ever done under an MOU, they have nor ever had any obligation to sign anything, as it is not a contract. As previously stated, not just by me, but by many others, all the money paid by Realtek, was paid back to realtek and now they are in pole position with all their funds back, 2.5 million still owed and a first fixed charge over the assets. One hell of a deal Miller done there.
