ahhh my friend. The government paper is the scenario around utilising government infrastructure and tax credits etc. These time frames will be worst case scenario.
If they can get funding and a plan together sooner, this mine will go ahead sooner.
there is also nothing like a timeline to beat for the government. Similarly, this is a federal paper. The SA government plans to move this along a lot quicker.
