despite the annual optimism of Xmas retail sales , the fact is that shoppers are not spending.Just walk through any shopping centre and customers dont have bags of goodies and shops , even Big W (and JBhifi )dont have the number of shoppers in them. I am in the so-called wealthy WA but even here mining $$ are not flowing into the tills.Thankfully WOW has food and petrol which will insulate it from sales weakness , but food inflation is minimal and fuel prices are coming down.
WOW is a great buy at 25.00 and it could get there before Xmas
