Interesting. Obviously no fluke that it's happening prior to spud, and I think there is several different motives at play, 1) an insto is motivated to buy into MEO prior to any Artemis results, MEO may allow this because 2) they are motivated to buy a larger stake in Artemis (before results) which would probably come from MOG.
Whatever it is, is certainly smells like an ace up the sleeve
