It's interesting as the company did put in the PITT report only short and mid term goals no long term goals.
it was also identified to this possibility.
quite a few factors are ongoing that point to this possibility.
Valuation provided gives a baseline for pricing also IMO so if the company see 1.59 and an offer was about 2.00 the board would call it a premium and dust their hands off.
The house is being cleaned out too some of it makes perfect sense operationally but it could be a sign.
you really clean up costs and show that it's costing you to run it before the sale.
