TENNS is a temporal event based neural network. meaning that it is the "software" that a client would create. essentially what we are asking the customer to do is to develop their model using TENNS architecture (network structure) and then run it on AKIDA. this provides the benefit of event based processing without having to develop a native spiking neural network model.
