If that turns out to be the case, the crippling OTA with PLL might need to be revised.
The OTA with PLL is not crippling its the price of spodumene thats crippling. If someone wants our unallocated spod the solution is simple, pay us more than it costs to produce IMO. There is no reason to expect a revision of the OTA as PLL has its own shareholders plus OT commitments to Tesla and LG.
The simplest way to revise the PLL OTA is merge, we are both dependent on NAL.
