Well, this is why you want to give Management a large portion of the shares, so they are incentivised to step out of the way for better talent to run the company for the sake of their holdings. BUY holds a decent portion of the PEP11 licence, that's all the DD you need for this company, imo, the rest will fall into place in due time.
