You are posting information about NMS that is not in the public domain. As a shareholder I am extremely concerned that you have information which I don't. I an sure you will appreciate that this points to the company providing information to selected investors, which is called insider trading.

I for one will be bring this to the attention of management and if anything you have stated turns out to be correct I am sure you wont mind helping bring those within the company for leaking this information to justice.

If NMS has lost money on an Apache project and I don't know about it and it isn't public how can it be that you know? There has been no company announcement about this? You are acting on info that the other shareholders don't know about and if they had of may have made the sell rather than hold.

The same goes for WestOz investments, yes Euroz's investment vehicle. These guys had 6% of the company as per the last top 20 list. If these guys have been selling down and are now taking part in the rights issue it appears as though there is a massive conflict of interest. I am sick of these guys walking over the small shareholders and I'm going to do something about it!!!
