I agree with most comments here, and its time for a change.

I will assume all blame for my own re-entry into GGP a few months ago. In saying that I am still comfortable with the Permian approach.

I would however like some more information to validate what I have researched to date.

This morning I noticed the flow of money start to return to GGP and I strongly suspect it was from the VIL selldown.

I do think GGP will be back on its feet but probably not until January 2011. I am hoping that we get some solid updates in the next few weeks.
