Yes untill a refinery is built but at a higher the price we all make money. NAL was secured by PLL taking the risk ( which is proving considerable at the moment) of backing us, the tradeoff was an OTA that favours PLL initially, the option was no deal at all, nobody else came up with a better arrangement.
You can't have it all when your a start up minnow with a MC of $US25m at the time and a project having a history of failure. NAL was basically a way of getting a foot in the door of the North American Lithium sector .
A refinery will be the same, if we want one it will come with strings attached.
