Actually, this announcement is fantastic news for BPHOB holders. If you read the fine print, it states the FAO in this offer will be listed. Thing is, for a $1M raise, he will not a get a spread to qualify them for listing. It also says these new options are subject to SH approval at the forthcoming AGM. This is a clear indicator to me that BPHOB holders will be offered new "OCs" under these terms, at the AGM, in order to meet listing requirements. Good news if you hold BPHOB, another year on the clock and same strike. JMO. GLTAH.
