Did a bit of digging just to connect few dots, in the latest Meet the CEO, CH mentioned that the advanced node "in the teens" are developed under FinFET technology. In its Nov 2023 Presentation, I found the below
There are few T1 Fabs that have FinFET technology but under other various nodes. But I found one very interesting T1 FAB doing exactly the16/12 nm FinFET process nodes.
Just my observation, nothing to be concluded from the above screenshot.
