There's been quite a bit of negative feeling on HotCopper post takeover about the current CEO and the Board.
To be fair though, since the takeover, the RED debt has been repaid and now the "overhang" from SLR's purchase of RED shares has been removed. The company finds itself in a cashed-up position and hopefully will report a reasonable June 30 financial result and an optimistic outlook within the near term.
In my view, the CEO and Board have put some early runs on the board (no pun intended) which will hopefully result in a bit of share-price appreciation (subject to movements in the gold price).
