You're right about ASX companies need to comply with continuous disclosure requirements. So I guess the question here should be, why does OZM think that us shareholders don't need to know about what's happened with Boca (anymore that what we've already been told)? To me, Boca is important because we are up for nearly $3m to buy it. Thats a large slice of money when you compare it to OZM's market cap which is only around $8.5m. So its important to me to know if Boca is a dud or not ASAP because it affects whether I want to stay invested. There's the opportunity cost too because it could be delaying me taking my bat and ball to play somewhere else.
