yes that was white collar crime ..insiders get out pre "DUSTER ANN" ..wonder how many were the institutional, sophisticated and professional investors mates of mgmt ..getting a heads up ... I'd been pretty sour if I'd only just put funds into placement to get "duster ann" weeks later ...goodbye 50% of your capital ...
