Judging by the emotive responses, very badly.
Plenty of folks sucked in at much higher SP by the RE sector hype and “influencer” forecasts of price “decoupling” and massive supply deficits.
Of course it’s not heir fault they made poor investment decisions. The current SP is a result of manipulation.
Similar themed posts on any stock where SP has experienced a significant drop.
