If you go over the recent more formal interviews with PR and some of the other exec/board, there are increasing comments alluding to partnerships. Its not just PR pumping investors at little AGM after chats - it almost felt like insider information on these threads at times the talk of partnships in the last few years which I thankfully resisted, not seeing firm evidence and suspecting PR's normal pump.
The comments now have been far more earnest in detail and unequivocal. Literally they are very specifically guiding. I might plagiarise from @Weazel if I may on the July presentation:
Sorry, his highlight. Its a number of comments that have featured in very public forums/interviews. If FDA clearance of the phase III ensues, and you'd have to expect it to, and a partnership did not ensue, then there is a wonderful amount of evidence in the public domain for any decent law firm to pursue a class action on behalf of investors in any following failures and resulting share losses. The old stuff arguably deniable by PR. The more recent public commentary less deniable which tends to make me actually put some faith in the Director/Executive pump this time round. I am not suddenly endorsing this lot, just know they are careful on exposing themselves to legal culpability so not to risk their nice easy meal tickets on their various Board tenures.
