The risks of being a company director are not worth average wages I'm afraid thanks to Eff Wits like Tony Burke feeding the unions they just made it harder.
The smallest of mishap and it court and jail time.
The most annoying thing is not raising enough at the beginning.
But yes for sure there are too many incompetent ones who just have the vision and the balls to take it on.
