But the reality is he is fundamentals type of guy.

Just look at what he is saying.

indices up
currencies up
commodities up

then look at his rave on property
He is talking about houses selling all around him.
He then asks people to send in info about sales

what is that fundamental analysis or technical analysis?

I reckon he gets his ideas from fundamentals and he backs them up with something that is happening in a chart.

could be wrong though.
